Privacy Policy: We do not share any of your information with third parties. We do not share or sell email addresses. If you provide information about yourself by purchasing a product (online, in person or by phone), registering to use our website or participating in one of the social media functions related to our business or otherwise voluntarily telling us about yourself, we will collect and use that personal information to respond to your request. We may also contact you by email, regular mail, text message or telephone from time to time with information about our products, upcoming events and/or changes to this Site. If you receive an email from us, we will always provide you with an opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving further information from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in the email. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment.

Returns/Refunds: At Wooldridge Creek, we stand 100% behind the quality of the wines we produce. We are also committed to customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with the wine you bought from us, do not hesitate to contact us at 541-846-6364 or admin@wcwinery.com and we will work with you to resolve the problems.

Delivery/Shipping Policy: We make every effort to ship your wine within 24 hrs of you placing your order. If we deem that it is too cold or too hot to ship your wine we will contact you and advise that we would like to hold your order until the weather conditions change.

We ship our wines via UPS Ground. Please allow 3-5 business days in the West, and 7-10 business days in the rest of the country for your wine shipment to arrive. We request a daytime address where a person 21 years or older is available to sign for acceptance of wine shipments. We strongly recommend that your wine be sent to a business address. Sorry, no PO Boxes allowed.
